I will also have report from high-school students in Elazig, Turkey. (favored location for the predicted maximum). They assisted me for the recent Aug. 11 Solar Eclipse, where I observed the Perseids from Bagdere, Turkey. Nice meteor display, the night before E-day!

EXPEDITION
Ran meteor patrol program (11pm-6am), for Nov 16-17 & Nov 17-18. Noticeably more activity on Nov 17-18. Visually, it was a "decent show". However, it was no comparison to "Fireball Attack of 1998". Photographically, '99 lagged badly compared to '98:
